Refund Policy

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. Meaning these items are not refundable nor returnable

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Member Accounts a. User must be registered on the Site to access or use some Services (a registered User is also referred to as a "Member" below) . One User may only register one member account on the Site. We may cancel or terminate a User's member account if we have reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently registered or controlled two or more member accounts. b. A set of Member ID and password is unique to a single account. Each Member shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Member ID and password and for all activities that occur under your account. No Member may share, assign, or permit the use of your Member account, ID or password by another person outside of the Member's own business entity. Member agrees to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of security of your account. c. Member agrees that all activities that occur under your account (including without limitation, posting any company or product information, clicking to accept any Additional Agreements or rules, subscribing to or making any payment for any services, sending emails using the email account or sending SMS) will be deemed to have been authorized by the Member. d. Member acknowledges that sharing of your account with other persons, or allowing multiple users outside of your business entity to use your account (collectively, "multiple uses"), may cause irreparable harm to us or other Users of the Site. A member shall indemnify us, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives against any loss or damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) suffered as a result of the multiple uses of your account. Member also agrees that in case of the multiple uses of your account or Member's failure to maintain the security of your account, we shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member’s Account without the liability to Member.
